Run with, and without, Music
It's quite simple.
There are two kinds of runners regarding this topic: those who like to run with music and those who don't.
I'm one of the first ones.
Those who run without music have my admiration. Running for long distances sometimes can become boring and it requires a lot of mental strength to keep on going. On the other hand, you achieve higher levels of attention, and in most of cases because of that, you make smart trainings. You pay attention to all details.
Hearing music during your runs is a way to get distracted from the clock time, from the pace and generally from the surrounding world. It seems that the time goes faster =). Also, music is a good motivational factor. How many times haven't you boost your speed because of that special music? Although we are tempted (too many times) to follow the music pace, which normally goes faster or slower of the perfect pace, we can still, of course, have perfect profitable trainings.
What if we could find the perfect musics for our exact pace? This is the purpose of this post.

Feet and Running Shoes
In my sincere opinion, running shoes are to people as
tires are to cars: it’s on them that all the mechanics relay.
When it gets the time to buy new running shoes we shouldn't apply the rule ‘the cheaper the better’. Every people is different,
every foot is different from one another, so special attention should be given
to this part of the body.

Accessories for running - Nike iPod +
I'm still not sure about the whole structure of the blog, but I think i'll organize it in different files, different areas. So whenever someone visit the blot it becomes easier to find whatever they are looking for.

After a couple of months of my start in the running world, I decided to invest in this device. Best choice ever.
Although Nike is not my sponsor :p , i just have good things to talk about this helpful sensor.
Before starting the run, you set all the features of your next run : km's that you intend to run; calories to burn; time to run....
During the run itself, you can have access to your current pace, your time at the moment, the current distance done, the km's left....
After the run, you have all your run dissected : you can check your run on your ipod/iphone or ,even better, you can upload all the information to Nikeruuning.com , and you can keep track of all your trainings.
